El Qüenco de Pepa, sabores mediterráneos del huerto a la mesa
Cocina mediterránea respetando al máximo el producto. Muchos ingredientes están controlados desde el origen en su propia huerta y eso se nota en el sabor.
Una visita que teníamos pendiente desde hace tiempo era «El qüenco de Pepa». Teníamos ganas de probar esta sana propuesta basada en el producto.
🍅 Tomate rodaja con flor de sal y aceite 🥬 Guisantes con aceite de trufa blanca y huevo escalfado 🐙 Pulpo gallego con crema de patata y ajada 🍚 Arroz cremoso con gurumelos y foie 🐟 Tartar de atún con ensalada de algas 🐟 Bacalao frito a la andaluza 🐟 Rodaballo salvaje al horno con AOVE
