YAKINIKU RIKYU: un restaurante japonés especializado en parrilla.

En nuestra última aventura gastronómica, nos sumergimos en el fascinante mundo de Yakiniku Rikyu, un restaurante japonés enfocado a cocinar a la parrilla. Con excelentes cortes de carne disponibles. Este restaurante es una excelente opción a los apasionados por la comida asiática y también a los carnívoros empedernidos.
Esto es lo que nosotros comimos:
🐷 Panceta de cerdo estofada 🥩Rikyu Rosu (lomo), Kainomi (falda) y el delicioso Ibérico Buta (secreto) 🥗 Variado de Namur (espinacas, soja amarilla, helecho asiático y nabo daikon en aceite de sésamo) 🍚 Bibimap (arroz coreano con carne y verduras) 🍦 Helado de kimchi 🪴Maceta de chocolate y mousse de café.
Destacamos, el secreto ibérico macerado en miso. un delicioso bocado que puedes prepararte según el punto de la carne que más te apetezca. Aunque tenemos que decir que todas las piezas eran muy jugosas, sabrosas y de alta calidad.
El acompañamiento de variado de namur nos sorprendió gratamente, con una combinación perfecta de texturas y sabores que complementaban a la perfección las exquisitas carnes a la parrilla.
Y no podemos dejar de mencionar el bibimbap, un plato coreano repleto de carne y verduras, aderezado con una salsa dulce y picante que le da un toque muy sabroso.
Para poner el broche de oro a esta experiencia única, nos deleitamos con el helado de kimchi, muy refrescante, seguido de una presentación espectacular: una maceta de chocolate rellena de mousse de café que nos que nos recordaba al tiramisú. Y nos quedamos con muchas ganas de probar el momo… no tendremos más remedio que volver a hacer otra visita.
En resumen, Yakiniku Rikyu nos ofreció una experiencia gastronómica deliciosa, con sabores auténticos y delicados que nos transportaron al corazón de Asia. ¡Una visita imprescindible para todos los amantes de la buena comida!
