Viajar a México sin moverte de tu ciudad, eso es lo que nos propone Bakan, un restaurante mexicano con una ubicación inmejorable.
En esta ocasión, hemos visitado el restaurante Bakan, “el mexicano al que van los mexicanos”. Un restaurante ubicado en la Plaza de la Independencia frente a la Puerta de Alcalá. El lugar ofrece una amplia variedad de platos típicos mexicanos elaborados con ingredientes frescos y de calidad. Además de deliciosos cócteles y una gran variedad de tequilas.

🥑 Guacamole clásico con chicharrón 🐟 Tostaditas de atún 🐷 Cochinita pibil 🐄 Solomillo asado a la leña de encino estilo mercado de Oaxaca Bebidas: 🍹 Michelada ojo rojo y tequila Don Julio reposado con sangrita
Lo que más nos gustó, además del trato inmejorable por parte del personal; el atún. Delicioso. Producto de alta calidad que se deshacía en la boca.
Y un pero, el solomillo. Quizá la pieza de carne que nos tocó no era la mejor pero, lo cierto es que, aunque de sabor estaba bueno, la textura era dura y gomosa y no pudimos comerlo. Habrá que hacer una nueva visita porque nos quedamos con ganas de más.
👌 Si buscas un restaurante mexicano en Madrid, Bakan es una buena opción.
